Yes!I know. I have been there and done that. However, as my daughter started growing I realised that expectations and reality are two different things. I realised it was time to get deeper within myself. This journey brought me to mindfulness practice that helped to create a balance between the two aspects of my identity, as a person, wife and mother. It also brought me to myself and to you as mothers. I share my experiences and introduce mothers to mindfulness practices. These practices help to become happy and confident.
