I love making lists. I also love technology that simplifies the process. Here is a list of apps for you to explore.
Cozi
Cozi is an organizer app for moms. It is a tool to add all activities, schedules, appointments and trips on the calendar for the whole family. By setting reminders you never miss an appointment. My daughter has her foot-ball practice every Tuesday in school. She needs a white uniform for this. I added ‘ white uniform’ every Sunday and used the repeat feature.
In the notes section you can add the relevant information to share with the family.

Remember the Milk
RemembertheMilk or RTM is an excellent tool to list your tasks. It has a great interface with many repeating options. Email reminders help in getting a priority list for the day.
I use RTM for home, work, and shopping. By checking my mail every morning, I know the routine, urgent and other tasks. At the end of the day, most of the work gets done. Any incomplete task is added to another day. However, the free option allows one sync, per day on an Android phone.
